How can I monitor a Bluetooth keyboard or mouse battery on Mac?
Wake the peripheral and open JuiceCue from the menu bar. Compatible devices that expose the standard Bluetooth Battery Service appear automatically, with live or clearly marked cached readings.
Why does a connected device show no percentage?
Some vendors use private protocols or expose battery data only through their own software. JuiceCue does not invent a percentage when macOS and public Bluetooth services do not provide one.
Does JuiceCue upload device names or Bluetooth identifiers?
No. Readings and settings stay in the app sandbox on your Mac. A diagnostic report is shared only when you explicitly copy it or open an email draft, and it omits persistent identifiers and raw payloads.
