Peripheral diagnostics
Use JuiceCue’s diagnostic window when a device is not detected. Review and edit the report before copying it or opening an email draft. Device names remain local; the report omits Bluetooth addresses, persistent peripheral identifiers, serial numbers, characteristic values and raw manufacturer data.
Compatibility
Most readings use the standard Bluetooth Battery Service. Some vendors and Apple accessories expose no public percentage. JuiceCue labels unsupported or cached information instead of inventing a live value.
Purchases
JuiceCue is free and fully unlocked. Optional tips are consumable, unlock nothing and cannot be restored. For billing or refund questions, use Apple purchase support.

Support is provided by Meskatech in Italian or English, normally within five business days.
