Battery and peripheral data
JuiceCue reads Bluetooth battery information, connection state, device names and local CoreBluetooth identifiers on your Mac. Last readings and settings are stored only in the app’s local sandbox.
Diagnostics and support
A diagnostic scan runs only when you start it. Its editable report can include signal strength, macOS and app versions, advertised service identifiers and error summaries. It excludes device names, Bluetooth addresses, persistent peripheral identifiers, serial numbers, characteristic values and raw manufacturer data. Nothing is sent automatically: copying or opening an email draft requires your action.
Notifications and system information
Low-battery notifications are created locally after you grant permission. JuiceCue may read battery fields exposed by macOS System Information; this processing remains on your Mac.
Optional tips and the App Store
Apple processes downloads and optional consumable tips under its own terms. JuiceCue receives only the purchase result needed to complete the transaction, never payment details, and creates no user account.
Support email
If you contact support, Meskatech processes your email address, message and visible technical metadata to answer your request. Support conversations are retained for at most 24 months after the last contact unless law or legal defence requires longer.
Website and deletion
These static pages set no cookies and contain no analytics or forms. Uninstalling JuiceCue removes its sandboxed readings and settings. To exercise privacy rights concerning a support conversation, email [email protected].
